For centuries, one of the important questions asked in restaurants around the world is always the same one: Sparkling or non sparkling water? Same question during family meals, between friends... The drinkers often divide between these two choices. Great existential debates animate the meals to determine the intrinsic values or morals values of those waters.

The drinkers of sparkling water seek the supreme pleasure of strong feelings and scorn the non sparkling water drinkers, small human beings forever unable to reach that level of pleasure.
On the otherside, the drinkers of non sparkling water enjoy the communion with the pure and original element, spring water, quiet and reinshuring force. They scorn the quite superficial sparkling water drinkers.
Others, maybe less extreme, choose according to their moods, to the mood of their entourage or drink simply what is on the table. Fortunately, we are no longer there.

• 2010 : the new water Nano Water 2.0

In 2010, progress of the nanotechnologies finally made it possible to make this question obsolete with the development of a water which is... sparkling and non sparkling at the same time and changes according to the drinker's choice: Nano Water.

The water is delivered as a slightly viscous transparent liquid, almost like oil. The drinker chooses to transform it into his preferred water with an optimal quantity of bubbles by a simple action on his Palm, his PDA or his mobile phone. What a progress! The drinker can thus determine the number of bubbles, their size, their speed... thanks to this new version 2.0.

It is true that the first version, the 1.0, had experienced some problems. Version 1 only made it possible to choose the quantity of bubble what was too limited for really satisfying todays demanding consumers. Moreover, some incidents had ruined the launch of this Nano Water 1.0 among drinkers equipped with older PDAs which incorrectly did not limit the number of bubbles. Many cases of luxated or broken jaws had been deplored. Moreover, it was necessary to buy a compatible water version either with your Palm, your PDA or your mobile phone. You found yourselve quickly with four incompatible water bottles on your table!

Fortunately, the new version 2.0 is known as universal: it can be at the same time controlled by infra-red, bluetooth, Wifi or XML, so really by all your usual devices. You are thus ensured to taste your ideal water in all circumstances. Enjoy your drinking.
